Is there any explanation from BLizz for this issue in any of the open tickets?

3 days, same problem for me too. I raised 2 tickets with blizzard support and both got resolved without solving my problem, latest one basically saying they cannot help anymore because of their “Standard support” ?! I don’t think they ever read adequately my previous tickets until in my last update I was a bit more harsher… I am not sure why they keep telling me it’s a network or connection issue. While another account is seeing their store and assets from the same internet line… Even from a different ISP still didn’t work for me. So basically they said I’m on my own here… After 2 tickets I don’t think there is point of raising a 3rd one…

Solved for me too, obviously it was a central database permission problem or something like that… or just data missing that they restored.
i had few games yesterday and the game is running well…EU server is back to normal.
