Since the new update on mobile i can’t load HS. Ive cleared cache, cleared data uninstalled an reinstalled. Cleared my phone cache an play store cahce as well. When on mobile data the sign wont even pulse. And also when on strong Wi-Fi it has a hard time loading. My phone has all the reqs to run it. Gettimg old having to reinstall multi times to even play. Am i only 1 with this problem? Cant seem to get support from blizzard. Can ANYONE HELP?

I can’t help, but I can assure you that you’re not the only one. What you said is true for me too. Can’t get past the tavern doors before it crashes and says, “Unfortunately, Hearthstone has stopped.” Works fine for me on my other devices (i.e. PC), but stopped working on my HTC Desire after one of the recent updates. I wonder how many of us are having to deal with this. Bummed.
