First I couldn’t get passed the doors, and then the network problem. :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

I am also having this issue for the last few days.
I get the February Season popup immediately followed by the “We just ran into a network problem as we were loading up all the cards in your collection. lease relaunched Hearthstone to access your collection and resume your duels!” error.
I have restarted HS, BNet, and PC, no change. I would reinstall, but internet is slow.

I just had this problem, game would open, my unfinished quests would appear, but when I click to continue it went to “network problem” crash screen.

Did this last night too, but booted properly second time I tried it.

Has finally booted properly now, I left a decent time of the quest just sitting on the screen before clicking and that seemed to work (gives more time for your collection to load?).

Anyhoo, a bit frustrating.

This is sooo annoying.

Leaving the screen on the quest display for 3+ minutes “fixes” it, but that is a long time to wait every time you start the game.

Happens on Windows and Android.

I just encountered this issue on Android 10 on a Pixel 3 on client version 16.4.42888. I have determined that it has something to do with WiFi in my case. When connecting via WiFi the client crashes but when WiFi is disabled and you connect via LTE the client connects normally and is playable.

No updates have been done client side from yesterday to today as well as no Android updates. The issue started this morning.
