Anyone defending demon hunter’s insane bonkers win rate prior to the nerf was simply a terrible noob who is angry that their new favorite toy was justifiably nerfed. They cannot compete in the game without their DH and Day 1 Galakrond Shaman crap. Pay them no mind, they’re just solipsistic trolls who can’t understand the big picture.
Something does not receive a day 2 Emergency nerf because of a vocal minority on a forum. The developers examined deck win rates and came to a logical conclusion. You’re just a terrible noob who wanted to finally past rank 10 with your new favorite toy, and now that it was taken away from you, you’re really sad about it. Oooh, poor you. Guess you’ll just have to go back to playing the next best S-Tier decks so you can finally try to hit Legend.
Absolutely shameful. I swear, the people who play this game are some of the Scummiest gamers I’ve ever encountered. You’re exactly like a hacker who complains when their hack gets detected and they get banned, as if it’s their right to be unfair.

Blizzard are so funny, nerf DH after a couple of days before players adapt.
Now the new class DH is utter trash and soon no one will be playing them and Blizzard can’t fix it until next expansion.
Lol, so funny.

Please don’t apply sayings in the wrong place, it’s intelectually dishonest. There’s such a thing as a relevant amount of data for a sample, that’s a quantifiable factor, and 30 thousand games is a high enough number to make results relevant, regardless of time frame.

Bow down to your new Warlock overlords, with endless healing, cheap removal that ignores magic immune, card draw, value generation then potentially the ubernuts from Galakrond.
If thats not enough Zephrys and double Alex since they draw any dupes quickly.
To be fair all the people playing DH will now just play warlock since its just as broken and doesnt require any skill to pilot, similarly big druid is an option.
Agree. The class still has some really strong cards. I’m pretty sure the class will rise again soon. Why do I think this?
a) As you mentioned : Everybody’s been scrambling to counter this class. So at the moment the meta is full of anti demon hunter. This will soon change.
b) Every time a class is nerfed HS players drop the class/deck like they’re holding a flaming turd. Even if the deck/ class is still good, people just shy from it.
This will also change the moment a popular streamer comes with a new DH hunter deck that’s strong.

I guess I need help understanding- did we have a hyper aggressive card get nerfed?
Rise again? Priestess of fury on 5 is an autowin against a ton of decks, I just played a game where illidan was at 12 health and I was at full, and I just didn’t have the resources to deal with it- not every class has big rush minion.
Good thing priestess is seven mana then.
DH is not at all dead lol

Yea, priestess is 7. And it gets played on 5 because it’s a demon.
The top DH deck doesn’t run the 4/4 that reduces demons cost. So yeah, it’s being played at 7 regardless because of skull’s mana nerf even if skull is what draws priestess.
It’s not being played at 7. It’s being played at 5, it’s being played for four, and it’s being played for 2. I played 15 games last night and priestess was consistently a problem, and about half the time was discounted/played early.
high enough number maybe but not within the right amount of time passed, u can pick and chose piece parts of anything and call it good, doesnt make it reality nor facts
Yes it is, it’s costed at seven and can’t be discounted until turn six by skull. That makes it a four cost but who cares? You still have to play it on turn seven like it’s original cost anyway. Still the best performing deck does not run the 4/4. If you are losing to DH having a dead turn four playing a 4/4 that does nothing you were not ahead to begin with.
no point in arguing with the haters of dh, no matter how much they nerf the class they will still be upset since they cant play the deck they played last season and season b4 that and season b4 that

All I can say is that even after the nerfs Demon Hunter class is still broken!
Just climbed with it today all the way from rank Diamond 4 to Legend in EU.
Aggro Demon Hunter is so strong, pushing face while having board control no other class can compete with this. And so much cycle.
I took out the Imprisoned Antaen and 1 skull of Guldan.
Questing Adventurer is the new OP card in aggro Demon Hunter.
Priestess of Fury and Glaivebound adapt are too strong for face damage as well.
Against Warlock, sure they have Sac. Pact - so you don’t play your priestess of Fury and you force your opponent to Sact. Pact their own demons or die.
its still a better version of the normal hunter
Can we please let this troll thread die?
