I am also very sad because I once posted a similar thread on reddit and a one incredibly kind person gave me the code for her but they have expired soon after the promotion ended which is a bit strange when you think about the WoW TCG codes that are usable for the eternity. So I got my hopes up… But saw the big “expired” instead.

these were my thoughts exactly, I really love tyrande since W3, and wanted her so badly, but risking myself to get banned just to get her? I mean Im not a legendary Hearthstone player, I barely reach rank 18, But i´ve been playing since beta and I really love My account and I dont wanna loose it. So I keep my fingers crossed waiting for blizz to do something about this, like im sure we all tyrande threads supporters do

I collect the free ones, economy its not so hot in my country so I cant purchase ingame items frequently, But I get your feeling dude. The only “free” hero that Im missing is tyrande
Indeed, I agree with you in every single sense, I was a bit upset when I recently noticed its been 3 years since blizz said “We have this topic under our radar” I think its time we harvest the rewards of our continue fight to get tyrande this dragon year
The new years looks really promising, indeed, but I think the real problem is in our fear. Because:

The only person that was giving us the real feedback and hope [Jesse, we love you] was fired from the company
I think we just feel unsafe. Blizzard has shown that they are listening but the actions we see are a little bit spoopy. (Not now though. New changes seem great and fill me with hope that Blizzard actually listens to the community).

I mean, if we were talking about something on the level of the nuclear talks going on…well anywhere (or should be going on in some places), sure.
But two years, for an old hearthstone promotion?! It stretches believability beyond the breaking point that all these “talks,” “radar,” etc haven’t yielded one relevant update. Not. Even. One.
We’ve had more information come out of secret government talks and next level console leaks than an update on a two year old hearthstone skin promotion.
And that tells you pretty much all you need to know about what’s going on here.
An open ended promise that has an expiration date of the heat death of the universe doesn’t mean much. Especially when they aren’t doing anything to make it a reality. Especially when they won’t make any good faith efforts to do anything with the stuff they have 100% control over (the cards backs and other items from the “year of the mammoth” promise they didn’t bother re-releasing).

None of the excuses given over the years hold up, especially to anyone who has even a little bit of experience or knowledge in the business world. A similar bit occurred when “the art of hearthstone” got randomly pulled and delayed a couple years ago. Anyone with a bit of knowledge of how books were published/distributed knew what was going on and what was being pushed as the “official story” were complete falsehoods. Mysteriously, the whole thread vanished when this was pointed out.
Without the previously provided help, this post is going to be burried soon. We have to remain active.

Priest is my favorite class and would be nice to have some variety on the face i have to look at every time i play HS. Too bad i was too dumb to use VPN or something to get prime back when Tyrande was available.

Good to know, that the community do not forget this topic, but the attitude of Blizzard is a mess. Do we really have to wait in 2019, that they finally do a first launch of a hero skin, which was launched in privileged countries in 2016? Customer support was not good till now, and now they even fire the community manager.
Year of the Dragon’s promise: listen to the community. This whole issue, and how it remained unsolved and unhandled show how much this promise can be (dis)trusted.
