I totally agree.
I see like the 4 same decks all the time. Most players always use the same 1 or 2 broken cards for each class.
Warrior= 2x battle cries + TNT or Lava
Mage = Elementals (summon 3x elementals that freeze + deal 1 dmg for each turn in a row)
Ect. Ect. Some cards are just so broken they are always chosen. Rarely I get surprised with a new type of deck that is also so broken that I don’t even stand a chance.
This game is broken, it’s like you said its just whales playing 90% of the time the same decks that they ripped from the internet.
It’s so frustrating that I think I’m done with this game.

I don’t mean this as an insult or dunk, but welcome to the world of TCG’s, unless you have a circle of friends to play with, every single TCG is the same (MTG and YGO player talking to you).

So, have you already reached legend? Last month I didn’t manage it but in the previous months I managed it! What happened was that this new collection has a lot of art, a lot of history, a lot of advertising, but not the main thing: impactful card effects! I was very amazed by DK’s legendary ones, I did what this noob who says free player should have done, I accumulated arcane dust: I gathered 4000 arcane dust, when the new collection came out in Hearthstone, I crafted the two legendary ones from DK! Then I gathered dust with the free Legendaries from the XP track that came from classes I don’t collect and crafted the 7-mana neutral demon. I played for two weeks and concluded that these Legendaries are BIG CRAP! I’m mostly playing YU-GI-OH Master Duel, the best card game, and I only have 3 decks. My HERO deck I make more than 30 moves in a single turn, I saw another HERO build that a MASTER level player on YouTube made more than 50 moves in a single turn! FREE Guys, YU-GI-OH Master Duel has already announced 2 in-game events that will give you more than 6000 crystals, there are 60 packages that you can buy from any box in the game!
YU-GI-OH Master Duel > Hearthstone.

It’s been dead for several years. It is still fun (or was) to beat on a dead horse for a bit. But even that’s long since past. I feel bad for anyone who has spent money on the game (or continues to spend money).

Going legend doesn’t mean you’re not bad. You can easily go legend with below 50% win rate, because of the rank floors.

this! I also don’t get it. A lot of people on here (not mentioning names) go on about how bad the game is, it’s dead, the devs suck, it’s only a money grabbing game…etc etc… Why feel the need to post about it all the bloody time. Move on and play a game you enoy. it’s so simple really.

Why don’t THEY think about regular players, they changed the weekly tasks (giant stupidity) it’s harder and worse.
Make a game for regular players who play 2 days a week (a few hours) and not for people who play every day from morning to night, they’ll still play it.

As more and more matches tend to feel pointless, I become less and less interested in playing. Remember when an I WIN button was something like Leeroy? They dropped it at the right moment and the game was over. GG
Now it’s like my opponent plays a card and there’s really no point in continuing the match. That and tempo swings that are so severe the match has effectively been reset. The previous 8+ turns were irrelevant
The fact that nobody in charge sees this as a problem is the problem
