A (PC) update should be available now for update (I just updated my own PC client)
For anyone that was experiencing the duels issues of either being stuck on the rewards screen or being stuck on the resume screen, could you ensure your PC client is up to date (possibly restart the system) and then retest and reply back here if you are still seeing the issue?
On both mobile and PC, I attempt to enter Duels and after hitting āResumeā button on lower right, the app freezes. My rating for casual is showing ā0ā, and for Heroic is showing ā6278ā, and Best Run is showing ā12ā. I have tried reinstalling on mobile but it didnāt fix the issue. this is not a rewards screen issue as far as I can tell There are no hidden rewards buttons. The only hidden screen pops up a blank deck list if I click in the lower center of my screens. Canāt progress in lunar NY quests.
I have this exact same problem, and there doesnāt seem to be a proper way to submit a support ticket for this. Blizzard may be losing another player if they canāt fix this soon. Iāve been trying to play duels for over a week nowā¦.
I am also having the same issue,
and when i try to submit a ticket i get the following issue
āYou canāt submit this ticket. An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.ā
I just want to play duels. Its been since the last patch for me so about 3 weeks now I havenāt been able to submit a ticket this has to be some action we can take.
Both on my PC and on my phone, the Duels Mode wonāt start. It gets to where I can select āresumeā but then the whole game just freezes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and itās still happening.
Also having the same issue, have reinstalled several times but still doesnāt work
I have been having about the same issue for about 2 weeks now, I hit resume get a sound a little flash at the right corner of the graphic and then the game locks.
Same Issue Here. Sure would like to complete that dules pack quest but I canāt Play at all. I see some sparkles happen but nothing to click on.
Same here. As of today, when I press āresume,ā the game freezes.

Same Been this way since last night. Cant access duels on mobile downloaded on pc and same thing.
I am also experiencing duels freeze issue on an Android phone.
I had also earlier experienced the freeze related to the rewards screen, and was able to work around that by clicking invisible rewards elements. But there is also a game freeze in the middle of a duels run.

I have found a temporary solution to thus issue. I apologize if this has already been pointed out but:
When you click the resume button and your screen seems to hang, it is actually just a visual issue and all the buttons that could normally be clicked, such as searching for next game, choosing treasure, or opening chest, can all still be clicked(albeit blindly)
Itās really a silly issue that should be easily resolved from a development perspective, but Iāve used this several times when Iāve ran into this issue to at least be able to play.
