Solution for CN player

I usually ignore certain forum characters ranting and raving about their own conspiracy theories and such, and I would advise others who value their time to do the same instead of trying to reason with them, but, after a cursory glance, I’ve noticed something too remarkable to not point out: talking about ‘propaganda’ and immediately posting a link to a definitive propaganda website themselves is… something else. :smirk: It would be rather hilarious if it weren’t so sad, I guess…

Ah, so which genocide isn’t real?

Do you deny the one happening to the Uyghurs?

Or the Armenians?

Or you one of the Holocaust deniers?

It’s not funny to deny genocide, it’s inhumane and outright disgusting. It makes those who do it a party to the actions of those who carried out the atrocities.

So, are concentration camps evil and did these genocides happen?

Let’s see if the mods, devs and this company take a stand against genocide denial:

How about it mods, team 5, actiblizz, and microsoft?

Ball’s in your court: I’ve screenshot both of the posts, and if you let he genocide denial remain, it’s clear where your company stands. If this one goes it even more clear.

Now, I see you’re so interested in this question, but I think the answer is too obvious not only my countryman, I support every living being should have their rights and freedoms, without adopt, but make no mistake, please provide the evidence about “forced abandon language and culture” cause nowadays if you ever been there, the local still speak their language, and of course the government encourages everyone speak the common mandarin, but that would be a education problem, as you mentioned:”all religions in china should be chinese?” I mean, come on, American president in their inauguration ceremony, they all swear before the holy bible, but did Trump or Joe Biden goes to church on Sunday? It’s obviously that just part of the American tradition now, as the example of religion localization, the meaning of that quote is highlighted that even the religious should follow the rules of law and do not interrupt normal life, seriously if someone were harmed because of religious reasons, I believe you would stop them too right?

I keep asking you about providing evidence, but you provide that “evidence”, from BBC? Dude, I saw that news long ago, Here are some quotes from that article: “Human rights groups believe China has detained more than one million Uyghurs”, “A series of police files obtained by the BBC in 2022 has revealed details of China’s use of these camps” Which group? With What police files? There is no evidence, no references at all, dude, it’s just as similar as the CCP media saying something bad about America: “We believe America people still sufferings from inequality, and Asia students were being treated different as discriminated” Dude, it’s about persuasive references, before you can certain of something right? You can said , it might be potentially harm to human right, I am telling you, I know the bad history too, cuz I heard the story from the land I live, I may not hear all of them, but you should also remember that before your statement, I don’t give a *** about the government , just the fact I support, so as You should do that before you say it

that’s a fairly weak answer, but I suppose that’s the best we’re going to get here.

“encourages” is a euphemistic way of saying “uses concentration camps to wipe out an entire people group, along with their language and culture.”

Anyone who goes there can see you are flat out lying. There are numerous links to firsthand accounts of those who survived the horrors of the camps: the mistreatments at the hands of the guards, the forced sterilizations, torture and so on.

there’s no

about it, you just refuse to accept that your government has and is carried out the systematic destruction of an entire people group, while most of the world stared on in silence, and companies like actiblizz continued to take their blood money.

Again, for someone who claims not to care and not to support the actions of their government in everything, you have consistently reposted their propaganda on the genocide of the Uyghurs every single time.

I would never actively support a government that runs concentration camps, and the fact that so many here can’t even say “concentration camps are wrong” when supposedly “complicity is silence” speaks volumes.

Very funny, just assume the immigrants kids who only speak Spanish or Mandarin and any other non English language, when they goes to school in America, what language did you think the school would teach? Using your words “concentration camps to wipe out an entire people group, along with their language and culture”? That is what I mean, your understanding of sentence is poor as if you were an elementary school student

Please reveal your so call firsthand numerous links? Thousands of words you said but there’s no citation or reference at all, and I doubt you even take a good look at your resources too, what is you need is the fact to support your statement, but I guess you don’t care at all, you just simply like to yell about “camp”, “genocide” , you don’t seem to understand how to debate, the matter of fact, you don’t actually care about people at all, you enjoy claim like you are justice, but in the end, your words are plain as the CCP argument. Keep talking about the “fact” you see, you found your words without reference only revealed your Ignorant, keep talking, calling other people / government are lying, (as if saying that you are not the same) I Don’t Care at all, until you provided any persuasive evidence

this has nothing to do with chinese blizzard gaming continuing to exist. we all can agree that mistreating people is bad right? that’s not the issue. it’s not blizzard’s job to save the uyghurs if they need help that’s like i don’t know who’s job.

Exactly, I just wondering why is he keep bringing the topic up, most of Chinese player just want a solution from Blizzard, cuz the other game, Gwent is about to shut down in China too, but it helps the players to rebuild their accounts in other servers, apparently Blizzard have more technical power and makes more money than CD projects

Blizzard are commies too. you have a better shot escaping china then getting blizz to be useful.

They used to be ‘the good guys’, however, I believe they’ve turned into yet another little actiblizz somewhere before the release of Gwent, and The Witcher 3 was probably the last good thing they’ve done.

I used to play Gwent a lot (and reached a high level, too), having quit Hearthstone back in the day, and, despite some disadvantages, it was quite good in some ways, especially earlier in the open beta, namely that it was mostly about strategy and not wild random effects, among other things… It got worse, however, and ironically inherited some of the worse features from HS, as far as I can see. :grinning: The release of Gwent (‘Homecoming’) was a disaster, some people thought that it was a side-project for CDPR, with their efforts focused on Cyberpunk, however… Apparently, they couldn’t take the success TW3 brought them and turned into a bloated nest of corporate parasites, which showed, by the way, even in how they started treating Gwent and its community… The release of Cyberbug was a disaster, even the investors were disappointed by CDPR’s stocks that have plummeted, as for Gwent… It’s been more and more sloppy with each update, less content for more money every time, reselling some old stuff in a paper-thin disguise as new and so on — in the end, I gave up on it and returned to Classic Hearthstone. :grinning:

I’m writing this only to warn you: while they (CDPR) might have not reached that stage of ultimate greed and disregard for players just yet, I believe they’re on their way there — quite close, actually, so I wouldn’t keep my expectations high about them.

Yeah, agreed, Witcher 3 brings a lot of surprises for me, cuz I personally is a huge fans for fantasy and RPG games, (still waiting for baldur’s gate 3, elder scrolls 6 and gta 6) Witcher 3 have the most exciting stories in game I think, but I think part of the reason is it have the novel as their background, Cyberpunk 2077 are not so great, Gwent got the same problems which reveal they lack of the experience at operating and design for card game, that would be something they should keep working on, until then I suggest them to focus on Witcher series, about the problem of greed company, I believe it always happens, hopefully it just focused on the outlook and definitely don’t get to the “pay to win “ situation, but the thing they started to do with battleground did show that starting to get there, well, let’s just hope they remember the players are always the most important

兄弟,你跑这里扯啥呢,又不了解情况。不是已经在谈了嘛,大概率完美接手,账号少不了你的,等消息就行了。尽扯些没用的。

Witcher 1 had that already, however, they really got big only with Witcher 3, as far as I know, and, sadly, it didn’t do them much good, apparently.

And that’s with all the resources they’d got from TW3 — which speaks about the efficiency of their team (or rather lack thereof, to put it plainly).

Oh, they were comparatively great at it during open beta, trust me — their attitude towards the game and the gamers, however, had been becoming more and more sloppy and greedy, which led to problems with the game(s), in my opinion.

Probably so, alas.

China has restrictions on gambling in games these standards are not met by blizzard with its profiteering marketing
more runes more runes more gambling low drop P2W CHINA :no_entry_sign:

Yeah, I heard that, only one thing is the Witcher 1 got a very old engine so I haven’t try that yet😂, hopefully one day they’ll remake it with the Witcher 3 engine, It’s going to be a explosion

I mean, it’s just “ good” but not a as great as TW3 I guess we always expect more as players, Well , luckily we always got more other games as replacements

Well, I believe They did a great job on listening to players’ opinions at the beginning, hopefully one day they’ll get back to the right track, cuz I believe game companies are all depend on the players, if they seek to mess us up, it would be their doom

Haha, funny, Nah, actually, as long as it didn’t involve money, then you’re fine, it doesn’t mean ban all the random effects, but honestly we all hate the P2W stuff

Blizzard has… ahem… remade its old-time hits, namely Warcraft 3 and Diablo 2, hasn’t it been atrocious? Looks more like a way to milk more money from nostalgic players by selling them garbage — I wouldn’t be surprised if it goes the same way with CDPR, judging by the course their company seems to have taken.

Oh, but Blizzard remake it as a nightmare (not to mention the terrible price) there’s not even a new chapter of the champions comes with it, they just simply replaced some material, I think a good remake should contain some new stuff at least, not just the outlook, also, the WoW classic? It’s the chance for them to test a new engine! I have watched a video that some fans remake storm wind city with unreal engine, it’s amazing, but I guess they just enjoy sitting here and waiting for Microsoft to take over them

I beg to differ. Sometimes an old game is good enough as is, you might want to port it to modern platforms, improve graphics and so on, fix some bugs, perhaps — but that’s it, otherwise it’s like… trying to hang your own additional ‘decorations’ on a designer dress (or rear lights on a cow; or adding your own verse to an old poem; I suppose I could go on with examples); moreover, players might want the good old original, just improved and updated technically, not some new ‘bells and whistles’ as token ‘new content’. Just look up all those discussions and mods for removing ‘enhanced’ features from ‘Enhanced’ Baldur’s Gate, for example…

nothing is funny about genocide or concentration camps, nor propagandizing for them.

The comparison to normal schools is a joke. The closest comparison is the “schools” native populations were forced to go to in canada and other places where graveyards were recently uncovered, where they were found to be not just sites of cultural erasure, but actual genocide as well.

Already done, but you dismissed in true party propagandist fashion.

to be a party propagandist covering for genocide and concentration camps.

It’s 100% the issue: this company took blood money for years, remained partners with a company and censored their games for one of the worst human rights abusers out there and refused to denounce their heinous acts even once.

But earlier this year was willing to ban an entire country of people from buying their products, revealing their double standards and hypocrisy when it come to human rights issues.

maybe because concentration camps are evil, and a company who does business there is taking blood money.

Funny how getting anyone to denounce concentration camps as evil is next to impossible.

I’ll just say that I love USA & Europe, if China isn’t creative enough to do good games that attract their people, their loss, but don’t complain thereafter.

Any one with trustworthy references and data? Again, there is still nothing at all

I don’t expect everyone to feel the same way, but I totally agree with your love to your area, I love USA & Europe too, for it provides many interesting games and TV shows, let’s say different places got their advantages and disadvantages too, Chinese food still awesome, China did have a long way to go before the market get rid of the mobile game, it might attract some kids, but I simply don’t like it, And I certainly wouldn’t complain if Blizzard shows their actions, it hurts us because we putting too many times and money in it, sure you would do the same if they did that to you too
