Shop is closed and cant buy arena tickets

After the bg update i am not able to access shop in game and so i cant buy arena ticket, please anyone solutions ?

I have the same issue on my desktop and my phone. Europe server.

Same issue, it just says N/A on the buy button.
Problem started when I bought both hero portraits offered in the shop, the 2nd one just said “pending” forever and froze the game. I alt+f4 and now shop is closed constnatly. I’ve tried restarting, uninstalling etc etc, nothing helps. Cannot access Arena as a Arena only player.

Update: I was able to finish my current runs, but not start new ones. Action on my account 1 also is the same (shop closed) on my account 2. Going to another server, the shop is open. Tried reinstalling, delete cache etc, nothing works. VPN does not solve issue. So for now I’ll play on America.

Same for me now. Earlier everything was fine but after updating on mobile and linking google account shop became closed (not only on mobile but also on PC)

Same here on the Eu server. The shop is closed after the recent update.

Second day for me without being able to use the store or buy an arena run. I have got runes and gold and both buttons say N/A. Pc and mobile.

Same issue, no shop nor Arena as an Arena only player. Both on PC and mobile.

Shop closed on my phone and computer since this morning (after the update).
(The shop was open on both my devices yesterday.)

Update tonight on Battle.net = shop available.
On my computer + my iPhone, after reboot.

Shop open !

It didn’t work for me … Updated it … The store is closed , it is impossible to buy the arena …

I’m on the us server on android and there has been no patch offered for mobile yet only pc and mac. It’s 6 patches in and I still can’t get the mini set :confused:

In fact, it depends, sometimes it is closed, sometimes open (when I close the game to have a break)…

But I’m going to stop to write when it’s closed or open for me or we’re going to become mad.

I did get the shop back now after an update. Server Eu on pc.
