Ya, it looks like the issue with the store on the EU server has been fixed. The store is open, and I just bought an Arena draft with gold.

Read the message on Battle.net : they are currently working on fixing a bug that prevents access to the store…

Ya? Do you have a link to this new message on Battle.net? The last news that I can see for closed shop issues in the battlenet news is from a month ago. Shop closed issues and bugs are fairly common, and maybe reading past solutions might help someone with this current problem:

The message is in the warning on the Battle.net app at the top (if you install battle-net on a computer, you’ll see it).

On a phone, it appears that updates don’t appear if the game hasn’t been closed (turning off your phone isn’t enough if you’ve allowed cellular data, because you see the “previous version” - I can’t explain).

This is what I noticed on my phone: once the old connection was turned off, the alert message also appeared.

If you don’t see it, disconnect Hearthstone if possible and reconnect.

Sometimes the store is closed for me too, but that doesn’t last.
I have the “problem” about 1 in 20 times.
I close the game and the store is then opened.
