Patch 25.2.2 launched but my shop in launch screen and mercenaries still closed. Why? And when is it fixed? Please give me an answer!

Not yet. I sent my ticket. They sent a guide and I checked all. But the error is still happens.
I sent the second ticket and haven’t received any answers yet.

Shops closed for almost 2 weeks for me,
