Same for me, the advice on support system did not help at all…they even advice to make a purchase on blizzard shop…did that as well. “Good thing is that you can purchase things with same account on blizzard but game shop is closed “ …what ???

Same problem. It’s particularly annoying because they’ve launched a new Arena rotation today with dual class drafts, including the upcoming expansion cards. I was able to play a few runs before the issue started, but now it’s impossible.
When I visit the Arena both options to buy a ticket show as “N/A”. I don’t think I can buy a tavern ticket using gold from the website, only from the game itself. So I’m locked out of the Arena mode (just the day it’s exciting and new).

I have Log in in Amerika and Asien there is the Shop closed too so all Regions have now the Problem please fix that

Same issue here, happened after the latest iOS update. Cannot access the shop or play Arena, which is the game mode I play the most and I was really looking forward to trying out the new cards.
Interestingly, I logged in on my old Android phone and was able to use the shop there. So I can still play Arena, but I have to use my old phone every time I want to buy another Arena ticket.

This issue happaned yesterday for several hours and again this morning. I was able to start one Arena run and then the shop was closed again ://
VERY ANNOYING! I want to play the new Arena!

For me shop is closed before update and after update and after fix of update that unlock game modes for russian accounts
Finnaly i try to change battle tag and email to Gmail one.I try to attach google account in battle net with same email.nothing helps.I have russia region and cannot attach any payment method for pay on the site.Blizzard not approved to change account country geo location, proofs, nothing helps.Its sad situation, no solution for me.Shop not working on pc or mobile.Also aafter update its broken on different account that’s works before
