Shop closed since april no runestones available trued everything reinstalling deleting cache everything basically its a bug please fux it i use android samsung id #22115

They still haven’t even acknowledged the US server mobile players.

hello
i have shop closed after last update also on pc version tryed uninstal delete everything and reinstal clear sill not working… on phone version it working normaly till now
So I had the same issue but I figured it was my firewall blocking the shop out even if it wasn’t in the block list the game was set to “smart mode” so it was blocking that feature out without showing it as blocked. It showed as allowed instead. SO check your firewall settings troughly
And what is the solution for mobile then ?
for android working if you completly delete data + cache uninstal and instal new one
but on pc is still closed after last update…I tryed delete all include registry information make fresh new instalation include battle net client and shop stil closed so only one way buy something for me is trough phone version which is annoing coz there shop laging crazy
