Blizzard does nothing about this game-killing stupidity.
You forgot that your game can only work if both players are having fun during a game!
No fun to play against a mage, so I stop because I only see that on the ladder.
I’m sad because I used to love playing HS, but now I just don’t feel any pleasure, just frustration of being a sparring partner while waiting to die.

When the quest mage does not care about the board in a board game.
The card design team did designed really good cards but, what I can deduce here is:
They either decide what cards to implement after designing and taking feedback
or
They just design cool mechanics themselves, implement them and then expect everything to be balanced.
or
They design each hero class’s cards individually in different teams and later merge them.
In this case of mage, now that we have OTK decks with Mr. Smite. People can now atleast give a good smack to these mages.
But again lets hope they do something for this doomed gamemode. Now that they are giving out more duels, BG, merc updates

Stormwind quests problem that they all are ultimate weapon that destroys enemy in 2-3 turns after completing. It’s not improving your deck like with Uldum quests,it’s just “complete quest to win game”. Basically solitaire.

I really liked uldom quests, these are abit stronger well some are.

you still need to play game after completing quest, there’s a lot of really strong uldum quests like shaman or druid,but completing them it’s not auto win.
Right now decks designed to just complete quest,it’s whole win condition,it’s bad.

You’re totaly right. It’s exactly that. A solitary game where your opponent is only there as a timer. Far away from what made HS so interesting. But it’s over.

Latest Blizzard quarterly earnings report showed they have lost MILLIONS of players across their games in last 3 months.
Can guarantee toxic experiences like playing against quest mage help with that

Are you high? there a ton of deck that absolutely roll over quest mage, aggro druid pirate warrior (wich seem to make up 50% of the games) and afew more if you not very lucky on the draw, not to mention so many specificly have counters in their deck Vs questmage right now.
If there any deck to complain about it is pirate warrior
Pirate warrior is certainly most powerfull and will be nerf, but it’s player vs player. I’m tired playing a ghost who doesn’t care what I’m doing, not losing game. I’m not leaving because I lose, but because image is boring.

What deck do you play? because I’m sure that there are some people that get disgusted from your deck and think that your deck is not fun to play against.

You’re right. And that’s why Hearthstone is lost, decks are mostly boring, no interactions between players and no fun. For information, I do not play any particular deck, I was lucky to have all the playable cards and 20K dust.

Playing against mage it’s like watching a movie…it plays by itself :)))…You just sit there and hit end turn.

Quests are in constructed for 1 more year and I ask myself this: Will the next 4 expansions actually do anything to deal with quests? Will there be more powerful cards to deal with quests/overtake quests or will they actually HELP quests with more dumb cards?
I can honestly see myself skipping the game until April 2023 but maybe by then, I just don’t care to even play this game anymore.

What with the constant crying about quest mage they a tier 3 deck AT BEST
with less then 50% win rate (go look it up…) most aggro decks will stomp them before they can even complete the quest if anything needs a nerf it quest warrior now that a disgustingly good deck…
