I have reinstalled, played in other regions and reset game settings. this is clearly an issue on thier end is there anyway to fix this.

I had an issue with getting into the game as well.
Try uninstalling and downloading forom Amazon: I did that and it worked like a charm.
yeah I saw that post did all the things, going to try the Amazon thing gwenith suggested later.
