No response from blizzard yet on multiple platforms

Many users are unable to even launch the game, but no response. Reported on multiple platforms. Do I need to have a problem with buying a hero skin in order to rate a response?

I find that deleting and reinstalling will let it work until the the next time I close out the app and restart at which point it hangs again.

Blizzard has known about this for a long time. They don’t respond with status.

Is that what the problem is? Are these the symptoms of the cellular data issue?

Edit: I am playing on iPad connected to WiFi. Would this still be affected by the issue?

That’s what someone claimed in July, but the proposed solution doesn’t fix it.
