I opened 2 signature legendary and It did not offer me to reroll any of the 2 i had the normal version already in my collection for both of them. Any help?

The reroll system is for duplicates of uncraftable cards that you earn from the season rewards track, achievements, promotions, etc.
It is not for duplicates of craftable cards that you get from normal purchases.
They wanted to fix the specific situation where you get something cool from the reward track, but then you feel bad because you already had it.

Or maybe I’m just wrong.
What exactly did you open? I want to rule out any confusion with the wording you used.
those posts are from before they changed it so you could dust them
now that we can dust signature cards, they dont offer rerolls unless they cant be disenchanted
signatures/golds from the tavern pass are not dustable, so they offer rerolls when you get them
this also goes for achievements
