No notification about free packs

So I saw that you have been giving away 150 packs to players that have not been playing the game recently. I haven’t played the game for 3 months and I am unable to claim any free packs whatsoever under the notification section as everyone else was able to. I do not want to log into the game again yet in case that will cause another issue with me being unable to claim it altogether. You should be able to see the last time I logged into Hearthstone.

I logged a ticket yesterday but they recommended that I log it as a bug because, apparently, they cannot see that I am eligable even though I haven’t played in a while.

Can you provide a link to this giveaway offer? Where did you “see” it?

Unfortunately that seems to be their default response when they don’t know what the problem is.

Some people in the comments section of some vids can’t really be taken too seriously but I can’t find where it states how long one has to be inactive for to qualify for it. Some claim that they have been inactive for less time than me and still got something.

I just want an official answer and I’ll drop it…or be happy with the response.

So there already is an official statement about this, and OP just didn’t bother reading it?

Color me shocked.

a 3-years old experimental campaign isn’t really an official statement about today’s expectations.
Especially when that statement is strictly limited to november and december 2022
