On EU. I was able to open pre-collected packs, my rewards track had opened (and I’m getting rewards xp), but no Nathria packs in shop - even after multiple re-logging.

I’m from Russia. I have the same problem – no packs in the shop 
Yep, Russia as well. Should not be a blocked credit card/ sanctions problem, though - all other types of packs are available, including Standard packs with Nathria cards. Gotta be a bug.
it will soon be a day since the update came out, and I haven’t found an answer why there is no Battle Pass in the store anywhere.
