My first thought was…
This+Spirit of the Dead+Bwonsamdi
If this thing lives long enough that could be a fun deck, I guess. DS/IF certainly come to mind but I also see players teching in silence and such so I’d probably do the Spirit+Bwonsamdi and then play this…making all my 1/1s 7 health.

This is an amazing card that synergies extremely well with reborn and small minions.
You can lay this down along with a spirit and your spirit is now much stronger to survive aoe. With a few healing options like the new healing adjacent minions guy, this will be a great combo to keep minions on board.
So when you play the 2 cost healing guy, he heals this guy and then becomes a 2/7 himself.
This guy is going to create tons of board control which is exactly what priest needs.
5/5 card.

Thinking about some other interactions, I think it becomes clear that this card is going to present problems. Your Northshire Clerics are going to be 1/7s which will give priest more draw and board presence.
There’s already a really good priest drawing engine with pyro northshire and circle of healing. Allowing those smaller minions more board time is going to be a real pain.
But now we see why divine spirit is going to need to be dealt with. If you give this divine spirit then you can start spamming cheap minions like cleric and they are suddenly 1/14s.
This could get out of hand real quick.
Not to mention cards like vivid nightmare where they won’t be 1 health minions anymore.

Yeah… this thing on divine spirits is just a little silly.
Like alongside that 3 mana minion that summons a 1/1 taunt every time you cast a spell.
It is a little less cute when that minion is a 3/7, then the first taunt is a 1/14, and the next one is a 1/28.
Or, you can just do what other posters have suggested to give a topsy turvy combo charge alongside this with boars.
The combo potential with this card is a little nuts.

Worgen Infiltrator and Cloakscale Chemist would become stealthed 7-health minions just waiting for that Divine Spirit Divine Spirit inner fire.
Yeah, and I’m sure there is going to be a sick combo we haven’t thought of yet.
If this is on board and you can Zereks Cloning Gallery they will all increase health.
Wild will definitely have some sick interactions with stuff like twilights call. There are just so many things that opens up with this card.
Ohhhh, I see a Murloc Priest meme deck. Play all of your generic Murlocs with 7 health and drop a chieftain at the end.
Wow just wow this is the worst card so far. Faceless rager already copies a minions health. This is completely disappointing. I’m sure the card will be used to not much avail. A 2/7 legendary that what let’s you copy it’s health to another minion so what happens if the thing took 3 damage. Then you’re just copying the 4 health. This card is complete garbage. Definitely not worth legendary tag. Priest will be crap again this expac.

You cast circle of healing, duh! Ooohh, play this with Lyra followed by CoC…
So this crap legendary on turn 8( was of a turn 8 btw) then zereks cloning on 9. Who knows what kind of minions you’d even have by that point. Too long to set up for not much benefit.
Haha maybe in wild it’ll be a better card but not in standard where priest already has janky cards lol. But that with Lyra is intriguing lol.
Yeah, all I play is Wild so Idk about Standard but I like this card because it has a good benefit with 4 health which means mirrors can’t just use shadow words.
Obviously that’s not the most realistic play, it’s just a combo play.
You’re highly underestimating this card if you think it’s garbage. As a priest main, I’m extremely excited about this card.

divine spirit or inner fire ? cant remember they mentioned 1 or both
With Spirit of the Dead to reduce his cost? Definitely some star aligning could happen with 1-drops to help!
That’s some good memery there!
For Wild there is certainly something here with this card. Whether meta impactful or just meme fun… not sure.
As for Standard… ehhh… there are some intriguing uses of this just from a value standpoint but we really need to see the Quest before making any judgements. Priest wants to play a long game with basically every deck they’ve had outside of Spiteful Priest. So I am reserving all judgements on Priest cards until we see this Quest.

I really like the card. Powerful effect that screams “combo” but even without some kind of OTK combo, it looks good.
I wonder if they are planning some kind of token/reborn priest. That would be pretty cool…

Should make Voidripper fun too, in addition to turning your clerics and other cheap minions into sudden lethal threats it becomes a 7/3 itself.
Even leaving aside the combo possibilities this opens up, it could also be interesting alongside things like Nightscale Matriarch. Maybe there’s a possibility to use it to help build a more healing-focused deck with this with Matriarchs, Neferset Ritualists, Clerics, etc.? Use CoH and Divine Hymn etc. to keep things up.
