Hello, I bought the Ladder Ready Deck Warrior on November 13, 2025, and today I purchased the Ladder Ready Deck Paladin and Hunter. However, they are not showing up in my collection. I am located in Europe
Are the ladder decks in the shop still open for selling? Can I buy one more after this patch?

I thought the decks were selling as expected, so I just bought a Paladin ladder deck in my shop, but i didn’t receive the cards. Should I request a refund or wait? The order number is #KR609875768
This not a deck from 34.0.2; patch 34.2.1 did not touch those. Do you have a full list of decks by any chance? In these cases, the oldest deck is removed; you should still have the cards though.
I still have not received my deck
Echoing everyone else. Logged onto desktop Hearthstone and still nothing. As mentioned earlier, bought the warlock ladder ready deck and still have not received it. What is going on?
What about the old decks missing since 1month + ?

Got the two decks, then i bought another one today and didnt get the cards. Please fix this issue because its not so pleasant that the deck i bought might not be playable since i have to wait 3weeks for it…

Hello everyone,
Following the heal-up on December 8th (deployed with the hotfix Patch 34.2.1), the issues that originated with the Patch 34.0.2 were resolved, and claimed/purchased decks successfully delivered.
We’re currently working on a last deployment that will ensure decks purchased after 34.2.1 are also delivered.
We’re aiming to have this done by the end of this week.
We are aware the experience has been less than smooth for a few players, and we are thankful for your patience; we have already implemented a significant amount of improvements, and we’ll be rolling them out in the next big patch.
My deck was purchased before 34.0.2 went live and I have still not received it
