New Ladder Ready Deck not showing in Collection

I bought the Ladder Ready Paladin deck and when I look for it on my decks its not there

if I look for cards that are included in it I dont own them neither

I sent a ticket and support told me that I had it ready, but those cards are not there

To make sure weā€™re not mixing different issues here, could you please let me know whether youā€™re referring to the pre-34.0.2 patch decks, or the new ones?

I bought the Ladder Ready Shaman Deck Today with Cards like ā€œTurbulusā€ and ā€œMuradin, High Kingā€, but didnĀ“t recive the Cards. Server EU.

After the update, i bought a set for demon hunter with a broxigar and a legendary card but i never received it , eu region , and the day before yesterday i received a set of standart cards for free, Please fix

I bought ladder ready demon hunter deck for 4.99ā‚¬ in shop the new one, but havent received them still

I have the exact same issue. I opened a support ticket and they told me everything is right and I should restart the game. That did not work.

This has been a pretty bad support experience.

Same problem. I first bought the Shaman Ladder Deck for ā‚¬4.99 (you could have picked one at a lower price), and then, to try again, I bought the Hunter Ladder Deck for ā‚¬12.99ā€¦ no cards were added to my collectionā€¦

I bought the shaman one yesterday, then the famous 24 hours are already pass.

I opened a ticket, but no solution. I hope I didnā€™t lose my money.

I bought new ladder ready deck which was demon hunter and I didnā€™t receive it. I bought it in Asia but the order was EU, and it wasnā€™t in my Europe account too. I want it in my Asia account.

Just replying here because on the original issue I cant post more than 3 messages. I still have issue with pre Patch 34.0.2, murloc quest and protoss priest not showing in my deck list. Playing EU PC/mobile

Me too I also bought a ladder shaman deck, but I canā€™t receive the card.

And also I canā€™t see warlock ladder deck in the shop.

After I bought free ladder deck consist of original card. ex) Lord Jaraxxus

More than 24hrs and not even not even an update on how or when this will be solved, my fault for trusting on this small indie company named Blizzard
