Cant play Hearthstone or get on for more than a minute without black screening and crashing. I cant beat my quests for new event today, cant play the free arena run given out today, and still after a week I havent been able to see my own collection or build any new decks. BLIZZARD PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!
same here galaxy s5 mini. game freezes and have do close and reopen it, after that sometimes it freezes again while trying to get me back in my game

Before the latest update everything worked just fine.
Also the news that pop up when the game starts are now unreadable, some code issues I suppose (the game language is Russian)
It also is hardly possible to solve the spectator quest on a smartphone, because the game either kicks out me or tells me that there are too much spectators at the spectated player.
HS-Client is very bugged since the last patch.

The game crash a lot. Either freeze and I have to exit and restart, or the game just throw me out and close. Happen especially when going to the collection.
Same here. Moto g5 and way too many mid game crashes. Only since last update.
Same problem - LG k20 V - Android 7.0. Only a problem since new patch.
Similar problem. The screen in game stops very often. Sometimes during the match, sometimes watching collection. I lost many games because of it

Iāve got exactly the same problem, is this even being acknowledged by Blizzard? I myself play the game mostly on my Android phone so it would be nice to know if the game will be playable again some day.
Well i have exactly the same problem on my Huawei P10+. The client just crashes randomly. Sometimes right after login and sometimes while duelling. And after relogs it happens again and again. Even a complete Reinstall of HS on Android didnt solve that issue. I never had a problem on HS mobile version since last Update

Sixth day a lot of Android players canāt play a game costed about usd 150 per year (for me at least), Blizzardā¦ thinking on how to excuse on China?, or what?

I have the same problemā¦ Please Blizzard you have to figure out this issue!! I canāt play since more than a week, I even canāt create a new deck with the new legendary I got because I baught the two moment offersā¦ It is ok for me to spent money sometimes for your game but please now I would like to play! Hope you will find the solution for all the mobile players, we even tried everything, and we all have the same issue since the last update, before that the game worked very well soā¦ Please consider our request and just say something
