Huawei p30 lite. The same problem, Blizzard whats wrong with You? Game is unplayable
yes, it happened to me too. after restarting the game then it was fixed. At first I didât even notice that, but as soon as I saw an incomplete mage deck and i opened the list to see suggestions to replace the fireball lol⊠so I realized cards were missing. it was a matter of time until I understood it was all the basic set, but at first I was wondering: «how the hell does one even disenchant a fireball?» lol
But back to the topic: it still crashes regardless of permissions, cash clears, re installations, or this small patch⊠nothing fixes the «auto-close» bug. It can crash in menus, pvm content (while checking the boss heropower before the match or in the match). And yes I am not playing against other players if not in pc.
The game was working before this October patch. I think they have no idea where the android version of the game is dividing by zero. As for the Pc version, the game seems perfectly fine.

Same issue here and permissions dont fix issue. Why isnt Bungie or support fixing or replying with any fix on this issue?? I put a lot of time into this game that is now unplayable for me. Couldnt be more annoyed.
After the âhotfixâ you can change regions again, but game keeps crashing. Any statement of blizzard about the issue, or putting it in the known issue list and letting us know about the progress would be nice. Communication is always helpful!

Same problem on huawei phone! I suppose thereâs a conflict with emui while playing Hearthstone⊠I hope that small indie company could solve this problem⊠I lost several times because of this annoying bug

Same here Moto G5 plus, game constantly freezes and crashes. Is really frustrating.
I have a lot of crashes lately as well. Either freezes or just closes. Sometimes every 5 minutes, sometimes its like once every 20-30 mins. Huawei p20 android 9.1.0 and it started i around 2 weeks ago

Problem:
- Game was freezed during playing
- sometimes screen errors, it looks like âgrey snowâ at the whole display
- sometimes only black screen and shutdown of the HS client
Before the update (about 1 week agoâŠ?) I didnât have these problems.
