I have Huawei p30 pro and it crashes 2/3 times per game! How is that possible?!

I have the same problem with my Huawei p20 lite, I was playing well until the last patch, I can not play qualifiers because in each game the game goes black or resets itself. I need the blizzard game to be fixed. Please fix the problem quickly.

Blizzard the worst thing is not that there is bug but that you are ignoring us for so long. Shame on you and your PR department.

This has been unplayable for so long on mobile. Not pretending a perfect mobile experience but freezes, crashes and disconnects really really make the experience worthless.

Same here. It’s unplayable at this moment. After some time it just crashes. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Didn’t help. What is the best way to get this noticed, and addressed as a bug that needs to be fixed?

Im paying a fortune for this game, these crashes are unacceptable, keep loosing my arena games to freeze mid game, high end huwawei p20pro with clear cash mem etc etc…

I came here to report this very same issue - Android mobile and it keeps crashing.

An entire season has gone by and not a single blue post on here addressing the issue. Blizzard can we please get a response or better yet a fix??

Android 6.0.1 SM-G900T3. (Never had so many disconnect issues on this phone before)
Been so bad for so many weeks. So many Ranked disconnect for a turn or two before can reconnect losses with game seemingly in hand or at least feeling good about things.
I don’t get how last Known Issues Post is Oct 11th - and no mention of this issue on Android Mobile Devices then or after.
Blizz has posted (in this or another thread) that they know the issue. Which I’m glad but… As others have Posted. Such a negative experience. Going for so (relatively in game world and HS from my 2+ years experience) long of a time. I know there’s complexity and whoever (from Blizzard) is reading this isn’t the decision maker. But please, please pass along urgency / escalate - seek to expedite as much as possible.

The same problem, crashes with nothing, then I’ll go into the game and play quietly, then departures in strange places. Appeared after the last update. Before that, everything was fine, there were no flights. It’s sad. Characteristics of the iron smartphone enough with the head, internal memory, too. Fix please.

Seriously 0 star rating here. I get better technical support and quicker fixes from the Taco Bell drive through staff. It baffles me that this game ran perfectly fine and has now taken this problem almost a month and still counting. This game cost most people actual money yet it seems to be just fine that we are unable to use the product we paid for as intended. Would love to hear from Blizzard about how it’s going to fix this issue one day. Buying anything on this game right now would be a certain kind of special that only the person in charge of fixing this problem can claim.

Maybe blizz staff are all actual slowpokes.
If this problem fixes someday, how will we be compensated?
Myself and a lot of people lost so many games (ladder and arena) beacuse of game crashing and spent real money on game.
