Really makes you wonder what the technical support team at Blizzard actually does all day?!? If I didn’t get a problem fixed at my job for even a fraction of the MONTH it’s taken these guys I wouldn’t be employed. It’s almost laughable if it wasn’t for the fact that many of us actually paid money and are just getting shafted literally.

I made a post here with links to a possible update coming later today. Yes, I’ve made quite a few threads all over the forum but its a serious issue that needs to be fixed.
Inside the post are two links I found about this update to not only fix mobile performance but also decrease storage size. (Hopefully, they didn’t make the problem worse by trying to fix it…)
It’s a joke! I know this game is Free to Play but be honest - we spent a lot of money on it! Game is unplayable and makes me pretty mad. I lost a lot of games coz of that bug! I hope they will fulfillment every mobile gamers…

Not encouraging that they have an Update for getting ready for Descent of Dragons with no mention of ‘resolution of some disconnect issues for some users on Android’ or some other subtle way to mention. Sigh.
Relax guys, it’s saying on the patch notes that they have fixed the problem of crashing on some android devices.
It still crashes for me. Im about to just give up on this game after so many years smh…

mine too. It kicks me from game and find myself my android main screen. I have to complate clear cache and reconnect again.

I have a Note9 and it happens to me at times as well. The most frustrating though is when I get a phone call. One thing that seems to help a lot - make sure to clean out your storage and cache data daily, and reset your entire phone at least once a day if you never turn it off as most people. Hope this helps some of you.
It keeps crashing on android mobile. Got even worse after last patch, like now every 5 mins. Impossible to play ranked or Arena!

I’d like to report the mobile app crashing on mobule data since last patch. I also upgraded my huawei p20 to EMUI 10.0.0 on the same day.
Since then, randomly, during a match, the app loses the connection and instantly says it can’t reconnect… But if I «kill» the app and relaunch it, it is able to reconnect me, 30+ seconds later. When it happens 2-3 times in a match, it makes the game unplayable.
I’d like to add that on wifi, it is able to reconnect by itself without crashing…
Same problem since a week.
Very boring during ladder climbing !
