I have had the exact same issue on a huawei p30 pro, i have tried putting the phone in performance mode and with no luck.
i can’t seem to find universal a trigger either although i can say it is more likely to happen when the opponent plays a card ( just before any animation would happen) its really making it hard to enjoy play and from what i can see this is bug is wide spread.
Blizzard please release a statement of some sort soon because at this point im just losing interest in playing at all which sucks because i love this game.
also ruins the experience of ranked when the game does allow me to play because i have had a huuuge amount of opponents also randomly miss turns or disconnect and it just ruins the game
I just don’t have the words. 3 weeks it is impossible to play normally on Android, and developers simply do not care - they will fix it only in a large patch it is unclear when. It’s just disrespectful to their players .

Bad not, the following thing, the last update makes me close the game 3 or 4 times in a game (Arena even). I’ve been playing from the Beta and this had never happened to me. It is not fixed or uninstalling the game or reinstalling. Even I tried running it in virtual space, also resetting the manufacturing settings of my REDMI.
I have also tested over Wi-Fi, using a VPN, using data, including the dragon balls. But Shen Long says to play MAGIC that there are no people playing murlocs.
NOTHING WORKS!

Hi there! After the last update constantly crashes the game on the phone Honor 10i (Android 9, EMUI 9.1.0). The game can last from 5 minutes to a maximum of an hour. After what crashes. It is necessary to start anew and so time after time.

I have the same issue, Huawei P10 EMUI 9.0.1
It’s very easy guys: Obviously Blizzard doesn’t care. Never have I seen a similarly huge gaming company ignore their userbase for a total of 3 weeks in this manner.
The game is literally unplayable for 3 weeks straight already, also crashing on my Huawei Mate 20. All the players spending loads of money on this game are just left alone. But luckily, everybody gets what they deserve. Blizzard is getting dozens of 1-2 star reviews in the Playstore, they are missing a lot of revenue due to a considerable part of the playerbase just not purchasing cards anymore and eventually, many people surely have uninstalled the game already.
Way to go after the Blitzchung affair. AT LEAST some comment by Blizzard would be appreciated by the userbase.

Me too. I play on Android version on Xiaomi redmi S2. After new update game start crashing every time when i play Hearthstone. Happen especially when going to the collection. Reinstall don’t help. Many my friends have the same problem on Chinese mobile phone with Android.
I was playing on an iPhone 6s and I thought the crashes and bugs were because of old hardware. I recently upgraded to a Samsung Note 10 and the crashes and bugs are even worse. This game is literally unplayable on ANY mobile device. What the hell are Blizzard playing at?! If I don’t get a response from devs soon, I will just uninstall and go play Magic The Gathering instead. What a joke!

Jup same problem here. Keeps crashing like every 5 minutes. Sometimes even every minute. Or the game just freezes. Don’t understand why blizzard isn’t doing anything about it. Normally they take things like this very serious and there is an update in no time. I spended so much on this game and can’t even play. At least I expect some good apologize gifts

Same problem… but clear cache and reinstall solve this problem. Try it! There are nothing to lose.
Clearing cache and reinstalling does not solve the problem. I have even factory-reseted my phone and I still have the same issues.

10/01/19 alredy its been 3 weeks or even more than that whit the same issue, game crash or freezze constantly you just cant play at all for more than 4 or 7 minutes whit out getting kicked of the game, just to return and loose the match you where playing, its really a struggles to at least get the daily quest complete, neither say trying to rank up or play an arena run whit out getting sabotage by the own game at all, cant even play for fun whit meme decks because ¡Bang! game crash… I have try it all to fix it but anything seems to work.
BTW: I’m playing on a Huawei Y9 - Android 9.0
