I thought u were guaranteed a merc in every pack, then once you unlock all of the mercs at that rarity you start getting the portraits for those mercs.
But people are getting packs with only coins in them? People are not getting diamond portraits despite them owning all the mercs at that rarity.
Pack opening Seems botched atm
Yeah I just opened 25 packs in a row of only coins.
It was happening sporadically for the first 125 packs, and then it went full coin.
The last 41 packs I didn’t get a legendary hero.
Complete waste of money. Don’t give them anything!
Yup opened 28 of my 100 packs as just coins when it says in the description you are guaranteed 1 mercenary/portrait in every pack. Thats 28 less mercenaries/portraits i now have because of broken packs.
Scam.
Will be contacting support for a refund since theyre going against their stated policy in the description.
Also 100 packs no diamond, yeah right. Seen other people not open any either. Packs are 100% botched. Its a scam. Everyone should demand a refund for them illegally selling a product that doesnt match the description. Thats false advertising
I ordered all of the pre bundles, the diamond lich King bundle, The diamond Diablo bundle, and the legendary sylvanas bundle. I haven’t had a chance to open them yet because the update for mobile hasn’t even come out yet at almost 6:00 in the evening here on the East Coast. I guess I should call that a blessing because maybe they’ll fix the bugs with the packs giving only coins and I can actually get all of the legendary and diamond skins that I’m supposed to when I finally do get a chance to open them. I was kind of pissed that other content creators beat me to the punch with their videos because I’ve been having to wait for the update but now I think I might just wait a couple days until blizzard fixes everything until I open my packs.
I had the same thing happen to me on a bunch of packs. Was receiving only 5 coin items, even though I was still missing Rare mercenaries and Rare portraits. The description of the item says it is guaranteed, but I got quite a few packs that had only coins. I also received a duplicate Sylvanas card (not portrait) before I had other Legendary Mercenaries.
Yup i also have received duplicate portraits despite that apparently not being possible.
I opened like 15 packs and been getting mercs
lol this is a joke i opened at least 60 pack and i opened only 1 legendary mercenary and at least 15 pack with only coins. Where is the promised mercenaries in every pack? Lol this is a cash grab by blizzard and nothing more.
