Meet the Mercenaries

There is nothing offensive about someone having a religion. The problem is when you start expecting everyone to live their life based on your religion.

As for schools, I don’t mind time in schools for prayer as long as that time is inclusive to everyone. Someone being trans doesn’t exclude anyone, forcing children to give prayer to a god they might not worship is an odd comparison that doesn’t really hold much weight. Not even apples to oranges, like apples to worms. How does someone being non binary hurt you? It doesn’t. Move on with your life, you’ll be okay. I promise.

I’m totally not going to stop watching violent shows, there is violence in the Bible and Biblical movies. If you didn’t notice.

Will he/she be polite about it, if I politely reject their request, and logic? It’s not impolite to respectfully disagree after all. Unless you’re a bigot.

If you insult a mage, you find out how good a sense of humor they have about it. I believe the Quel’dorei have a saying that goes something like, “Fool around and find out.”

People not respecting your bigoted opinion is not being a bigot.

One of the things I really like about how chill Blizzard is being about this introduction to a non-binary character is, because Dawngrasp is a fictional character who you can’t meet in person or see non-artistically, it’s almost impossible to determine what gender they would have been assigned at birth. So there’s literally no basis to refer to them by anything but their correct pronouns.

Not in person for now. I wonder how many people will try to do a Dawngrasp cosplay when we have live conventions again.

I used to be the one pagan member of the Secular Free Speech Society and Knowing that lot I think they would use that time for, yes socializing with other atheists or discussing philosphies as well.

I actually really like Varden. I have a trans/ non Binary Blood elf as rp character in WoW. I change thier model from male to female at random and always get creative at making the model somewhat androgynous.

I mean you can change gender for 100 gold at the Barbershop in WoW I would think a lot of people would find labels pointless in that scenario.

I mean, it gets pretty obvious when you consider the context. I doubt “split personality” is the first thing that pops up to mind when a person is reffered to as “them”. Coming up with a whole new pronoun that has to be taught to the entire world population would be far more difficult.

More of the same cards drawn at the beginning of the match, with no randomness.

In French, the translator kept all gender marks out of the text: an elegant way to not talk about the issue at stake. I think the use of “they” as a gender neutral pronoun is meant to bring attention to a very specific situation.
I, for one, don’t mind the confusion. Learning a language is linked to learning the culture of a country, and transgender emancipation is a part of American culture.

In real life there’s no such thing as “non binary”, “no gender”, “gender fluid” or whatever new fancy name you’ll come up with. It’s just an imaginary thing for some people who want to be fancy and cool. There are men and women and very, very little amount of peopel with sexual dysfunction, but that’s like 0.005-0.0005% of all people. Such a trace amount does not deserve any attention and the fancy people’s hype gives the impression that there were A LOT of such people…

It pisses me off that the blizzard also pushes badly accepted political correctness and accepts made-up stupidities.

On the other hand, this is a fantasy world, here we have talking cows or half human half horses (centaurs) and many other imaginary characters that are not in the real world, so Varden can probably have no sex or have two (or even 1500) sexes. The only question is - how will he reproduce?

How do you unlock the fighting pit? I’ve played for about 8 hours, at level 17 I think in Barrens and have 4 groups of decently high mercs and the pvp is still greyed out for me?

Thats just stupid, it shouldnt be allowed, two genders he and her thats all.

And I thought there was some mercstone update in this.

The return of the necromancers is upon us.

TO ARMS, MY BROTHERS!*

*(Crusaders call does not exclude female crusaders, or crusaders with more or less apendages, subject to application process and if you like the color scarlet. The neo-Scarlet Crusade is an equal opportunity crusading organization…unless you are undead or necoromancers…we have to draw the line somewhere)
