I can’t remember if my game was ranked or not, but I won and then it crashed. After crashing I couldn’t get back in. It will come up, say “reconnecting to game” and then crash. Rebooting fixes nothing. Ipad 5th gen, ios 13.3, 12gig of hd space left.
iPad Air 3 - Crashes when joining rank game and in My Collection when making decks.
Can’t reconnect to games and app becomes unresponsive and locks up constantly.
Same problem; the game may crash every time: ipad mini 4 IOS 13.3. More, since mi-october, I am not ableto talk to my contact without crash the game.
I am unable to play the game for the 4th day in a row. This is UNACCEPTABLE!
Us iPad players better get compensated for this.
I also have been experiencing this issue on my iPad Air for days. This has attributed to numerous losses by giving the other player a free turn while I sit there trying to reconnect fast enough to get back in the game… very dissatisfied. Was really looking forward to playing this exclusively during Christmas week especially… Frustrating.
Also crashes randomly when hovering the first card of a game… Its not the same bug as crash before even starting the game. Appears 1 out of 5 games id say. IPad Pro 9.7… please fix almost unplayable…
All the same info. Had been crashing intermittently when muting opponents at beginning of match for months, but now am having more catastrophic and unrecoverable crashes when starting ranked or arena matches on a 2018 128GB iPAd. After losing ranked matches and arena losses have moved to mostly unranked matches to avoid further losses…
Since the last update. The game constantly crashes on any mode that I have played on. It is starting to become so frustrating that I have just not tried to reconnect and of course lost matches. Using iPad Pro (3rd Gen) here.

I’m sure you are aware by now, but the issues are by no means restricted to the two mentioned. I stopped playing ranked on my iPad Pro after crashing out of two games in a row, and repeatedly crashing on launch when trying to reconnect. I have been playing solo though, and HS regularly crashes when either viewing a card in hand (by tapping and holding) and when watching cards in one of the three reward bundles after wining a game (again by tapping and holding). On the last solo run I crashed no less than six times.

Same here. iPad Mini, 5th gen, running iOS 13.3. Makes the game pretty much unplayable.
I am having this issue on my ipad air 2 and also iphone 7, both latest 13.3 Ios
Getting frequent crashes on my 5th generation iPad since the latest patch. Happens at start of a ranked game and also mid game in all game modes. I can usually get back in via a ‘reconnecting your game’ message but have been locked out completely a couple of times.
Getting frequent crashes for ipad 4th gen and ipad mini2 also. Game is unplayable.
Need a hotfix ASAP!
Same here. Crashing on iPad Air in the middle of matches. Unplayable. But thanks for reminding me that you‘re happy that I‘m part of your community Blizzard. That helped a lot. Not only that the game became completely unbalanced since everybody is playing resurrection priest also technical issues are getting more and more frequent. But don‘t bother Blizzard, just take our money.

Weighing in. I too have the latest iPad and it’s a 50/50 gamble if it’s going to crash in play mode. In battlegrounds, I don’t have an issue. However, if I manage to get in play mode (I dare not play ranked at this time,) and incomplete a quest, it doesn’t give me compensation until I log out and log back in. Just another frustration. Any updates devs on this?

Just more information for the support team…
I have a 2017 iPad Pro 12.5" with 1Tb of memory and playing the Solo Game mode. It crashes both during a game - usually while selecting a card - and after a game when choosing loot. Since both occurrences relate to the card displaying information when touched, the problem could be related to accessing the location of the touch, in bringing up card information from the database, or for displaying the expanded card and information.
Dang…this stinks. I’ve been crashing every beginning and end of battles. I have an iPad mini.
Issues after the patch:
Failing to reconnect to games (when it finally does It’s already at turn 5)
Crashing EVERY battle
Can’t do arena…crashes when I play arena and can’t reconnect to games. resulting in no way to win…0-3
Was r1 when the patch came…slowly losing rank due to the stupid issues with iPads

iPad Pro 12.9” (2018). Game crashes multiple times per hour. Totally unstable.
iPad 2 Air.
Crashes when first hover over a card in singles matches about one in four games. Has also crashed later in the game.
First few times this happened, on re-loading opening screen briefly showed an old battleground game before launching as per normal.
Is there any update as to Blizzard’s progress (even if the answer is ‘not this side of xmas’)?
Is this related to a hearthstone update or iOS?
