Sometimes and seemingly random I get to the Point where I can choose to “Login” at which point the app freezes.
Occasionally starting the App will deactivate my phones display Nightmode.

I am having this issue,
Stuck on the tavern door scene once I try to log in with my account,
I tried both Mobile Data (( At&t)) and Home Internet … same problem

Is this ever going to get f’ing fixed? It’s been 6 months to a year since I have been able to play hearthstone on mobile. This is ridiculous. FFS.

I’ve got this problem on Android 11, Pixel 3XL.
For me it stalls when I’ve selected a Google Account to use since it wants to check my drive for account info.
Hope we get this looked into soon!
Same issue on Kindle Fire. Reinstall doesn’t work. Broken for a few weeks… started working for a few days… broken again…
My solution for the problem is: Download and install google play games, after that i can sign on my own profile what is saved on a previous device. New device is: Redmi Note8T. Good Luck!
Hi, also experiencing the same issue here, when trying to log in to hearthstone account, after confirm prompting to google account, screen stuck at tavern doors with no logo or whatsoever.

I updated to the latest patch. Hearthstone is stuck on the loading screen for me and never progresses past it. I’ve tried rebooting my Kindle Fire and am still having the same issue.
Hearthstone is currently at 18.4.60352
I am using a Kindle Fire HD 10 (7th generation) tablet running Fire OS 5.6.7.0.
I’ve tried updating to 18.6.63160 today and have the same stuck loading screen.

I’m having the same stuck in opening screen issue with my kindle fire.
Are any of you using the google drive option to sign in? If so, please try manually logging in with your Blizzard login instead.

Loading does not even get to a login screen. It is the main title screen that says Hearthstone (tavern doors) that I am stuck on.

Wifi or mobile data the issue remains the same. A month ago I had the you cannot login past the doors issue when it was more of a common one to have. Now I have the more common your specific game match does not load issue due to connection issues. I don’t feel very alone, though this may be the wrong thread.
It looks for an opponent. Sometimes it just cycles and cycles, but if I disconnect it by leaving the app it gives me a loss. Very infrequently it lets me see the match but both decks are empty.
Sometimes it lets me play and when it does, it lets me play often during just that small time window of an hour or so.
Again this is after I hit play and search for an opponent. The connection sprites are very finicky but not so playful.
I have went ahead and started to view your Hearthstone game as a PC game only. It runs fine there and you have demonstrated over the last 6 months that it is possible to play there with no issues.
I devoted all money I would usually spend on the mobile version to Amazon’s Kindle Unlimited and I now read on the go instead of play Hearthstone when I want something to do.
I do not believe Hearthstone mobile will be fixed for my device or that it is worth purchasing a new device for very spotty performance, if we wanted to again pretend Hearthstone is a mobile game. It apparently isn’t.
Disabling Said Google Drive Option for logging in did NOT solve the issued for me. Edit: After removing the Hearthstone Apps’ rights to use Google Drive AND deactivating Google Drives’ Auto Login Feature for my entire Phone, I was able to Login in the App. Reactivated my phones Google Drive Auto Login Feature and declined the prompt for Hearthstone to use it. Now Hearthstone actually works for me after I minimized it and maximized it again,for every Start.

When on mobile data, does not let me past the tavern doors, right before the Hearthstone logo appears. Will just sit at tavern doors forever. Works just fine on wifi.
If anyone can walk me through a workaround for this I would really appreciate it.
I am from Europe and I am using Telenor internet for WIFI and I have an iPhone XS.
I can not launch the app on my iphone.
The problem started showing up after I turned “veteran”. The treasure chest is displayed before launching anything and when I tap on it, the app crushes. I tried to reinstall the app, I tried to change the pass, then I logged out and logged in NOTHING HAPPENS. Please help…
I have a Moto G Stylus. Android 10. Ever since a couple of patches ago, the screen NEVER progresses past the tavern doors. I’ve tried mobile data and Wi-Fi. I have tried everything suggested when looking up this issue, including clearing app cache and uninstalling and reinstalling.

hi, i’ve android a8 latest version. since today morning HS is freezing on tavern doors, no updates were made recently and i’ve managed to login succefuly earlier this morning so its very wierd please asist
