Still not working after a number of reinstalls. Pixelbook. Android.
I cleared cache, uninstalled, restarted tablet, reinstalled, repeated 3 times just in case. All that before I ever came to the forums. Reinstalling definitely does NOT fix this.

Both have all system updates.
Since i cant play on tablet with Android 7.0 due to crash on starting screen, now the phone app is stuck forever on the door loading screen. Android 8.0 galaxy A5(2017)
Clearing cache didnt help, Logo appears but no friend “list” button, if that helps resolving the error
I’m confused, this the is 2nd time Android and IOS have had issues after a Battleground specific update. The last time took over 2 weeks for a fix, and this one is running 1 week with no end in sight. I’m a firm believer in cause/effect and this seems to have direct correlation. That being said, you mention testing phases for fixes - you don’t test your updates/patches? You only test after there is an issue? More of a rhetorical question. I really hope you have taken these 2 issues to heart, and once a 3rd update/patch is released - we won’t have yet another 1 to 2 to 3 week gap in play

There has been an update pushed for Google Play installations. This can take some time to appear, but you should see an update to Version 16.4.42888.
For everyone on Android devices or ChromeOS, please try updating the game and let us know if the freezing or crashing persists.

If you are still experiencing the issue, please check on the version, some of you may run into a problem with the update being delayed for it to propagate. Amazon should have the update pushed now as well!

I understand that the development cycle takes time. I’m a developer myself; but the question we would like answered is why was the release not rolled back immediately so that everyone can still play while the fix is being investigated?
So for those of us that Amazon is not an option at left in the frozen wasteland of Hearthstone while others enjoy what was a fun game once
Experiencing the same issues freezes during the hearthstone logo I have a Samsung TAB A sm-380 version 9 . Not much to say hope this gets fixed my tablet played fine has 2 g ram guess I’ll have to break out some boulders gate to pass the time lol
