Rainbow Mage with Sif doesn’t win through RNG and has very good draw.
Well, I only speak for myself, but unless the last five cards are incredibly good then I’m done.
I was pretty sure that team 5 would do this.
If RNG is all that mage is allowed, then I can find another game to play.

He can’t, Team 5 kidnapped his family several years ago and the only way he’ll see them again is if he plays only Mage every day until Hearthstone servers go down.
At least, I assume. That’s one of the only scenarios where this behavior makes sense.

I disagree, we do NOT all have the same freedom to speak. My freedom to speak is constricted on daily basis.
2-3 posts per day without anything inflammatory get removed and I’ve already been silenced 3 times.
That’s actually the main problem on the forum, anti-company trolls have all the freedom in the world, while passionate lovers of the game get the other end of the bargain.
I’m not sure what the us’ supreme leader has to do with this discussion.

Unfortunately I don’t have the ability to stop certain posters from sharing their incendiary and self-destructive tendencies.
DH actually got a similar card reveal the other day, that 4-mana Quilboar that deals 3 damage on Battlecry and Deathrattle. But this Mage card is a nice tempo play that can penetrate Divine Shield and hit enemy face, unlike that DH card.

Slow? Probably I actually agree on that but… stupid? That’s personal preference so whatever.
But I think excavate package can work here. It’s not like mage today has fast finishers. The excavate treasures and the 4 drop casting 2 secrets help slow people down a lot while mage builds towards a Sif or just get their excavates done.
I wouldn’t rule out this being in a faster mage deck though. Consider this list of spells
2 mana frost bolt
3 mana molten rune
4 mana fireball
6 mana chaos creation
7 mana firelands portal
10 sunset volley (probably optional)
No, you don’t have to run all of them in one deck. The point here is while big spell mage is one option, you can also tune orb to be a replacement for pyroblast, which did see some play in (really old) tempo mage decks. Like imagine a classic tempo mage deck. Replace (one of your) pyroblast with orb. The resulting deck is almost certainly better off/more powerful, as orb is a pyroblast you don’t necessarily have to hold on just to burn face.

Yeah this is a good point, this card is only as random as the surrounding mage deck is.
This is about as far away as mage is going to get from casino as it can IMO
It’s a good attempt, but that only works on an empty board, which is kinda copium turn 10 in this meta
And if you want to clear the board, that’s removing a slot from your combo
I can’t be descriptive but they have made their appearance in this thread.
When someone badmouthed the card that Blizzard made they went all Hero Mode and jumped in to give Blizzard face.
