Let’s go to the store to download

When I try to open Hearthstone, I get a message that says Let’s go to the store to download, so I select OK, then it takes me to the App Store and when select OK to download Hearthstone it circles back to the message that says Let’s go to the store to download! I’m using IPad Air. IOS 12.45. I’ve tried clearing my cache, resetting my network, restarting my ipad, all to no avail. I downloaded Hearthstone on my iPhone and it works fine, so I dont think it’s an account issue.

Same here on ipad. Go to the store to start the download. Store only has open option…

Same as yesterday - looks like the update has t made it to the App Store yet

I just deleted the game and reinstalled. Worked after that (iphone xs)

I did the same on my iPad. Deleted and reinstalled.

I’m having the same issue, iPhone six plus. After the update, I don’t want to uninstall though because I don’t know if I remember my login info…

Same issue here, even after updating iOS to 13.3.1

Same thing for me as well. Running on IOS. It just started happening when IOS 14.3 dropped.

Same with my Ipad Air 3. Generation IOS 14.2
Deleting and reinstalling does not help. Switched device on/off but does not help…

Broken for me, and I just bought all the welcome back stuff. Refund possible?

I have reinstalled the app twice already and reset my phone.

I have been having this issue. I believe it’s due to a hearthstone update that hasn’t hit the AppStore yet. I saw this on a blizzard site so maybe let’s try waiting for the next update and seeing if it fixes it. It’s a sucky solution I know but that’s the only thing I can think of. I have tried everything. I have uninstalled multiple times and reinstalled multiple times as well as updated my iOS and restarting my phone. My only hope is to wait for the next update. Good luck to all who have this issue.
