Is it just me or does this game crash constantly? Sometimes multiple times per game.
I am sitting there waiting for my opponent to finish their turn. They start to rope. The rope goes all the way to the end, and then just freezes. My game has crashed. By the time I reload the game I have missed my turn and I lose. If I do somehow get back in time to take my turn, theres no guarantee it’s not going to do the same thing two turns later. Its getting to be unplayable for me. How is it that after all this time Blizzard can not fix the bugs in the game? Its unacceptable.

This has been my experience lately. I get CONSTANT, back to back disconnects, where it says “attempting to reconnect” but by the time it actually does (if it doesnt just crash) my turn is over, and I have lost. This happened about 20 times last night alone, and it’s EXTREMELY frustrating. It’s making the game unplayable. SO MANY GAMES I WOULD HAVE WON, and NOT lost my win streak, if it wasn’t ALWAYS disconnecting and crashing. FIX YOUR CLIENT BLIZZARD!!!

Hallo this is also for me an my Girlfriend happening in germany, we have randomly crashes on the game since about a week sofar, btw. only on PC not on Phone.
But it constantly break due to playin battlegrounds or normal hearthstone.
i allready tryed to block all addons and installed heartstone from my normal SSD to my M2 SSD not working and randomly crashes.
Blizzard FIX the Problems with PC Hearthstone and do a better netcode for all PC users: sh!t on that phone users…

It has been on-going, from the last patch ( or has it been 2? )
The last straw for me was when it crashed every round in my last game, I decided it wasn’t worth this added frustration to the game.
I play world of warcraft (with addons) many hours a day without any issues so i know it isn’t my computer or internet. If I can play a MUCH more complex game program with lots more indexing and data in and out-bound, I know it isn’t on my end.
I concede hearthstone, you have won and broken my desire to play. I will keep checking in to see if it is fixed before continuing.
BTW i would also like to finish the single-player content for the completion and achievements (rewards? can’t remember)

i have been having the same issues with all the freezes, crashes and disconects recently,
i think i might have found a solution, atleast for me it seems to work on PC,
i checked my logs and everytime heartstone crashed a windows aplication tried to boot itself up, the xbox Game bar, wich is implemented in windows 11,
since i removed it i havent had any crashes ( so far),
here is how to remove it.
Open windows powershell as administrator and paste this,
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage
press enter and the aplication should be removed,
