iOS Crash after 14.2.0.30795 patch

Blizzard absolutely does not care about supporting their products on iPad Pro, despite that they are mandated to do so directly by Apple as an agreement for Apple to continue to have their Hearthstone app in the Apple App Store.

This is pathetic.

Blizzard, Hearthstone team,
You haven’t fixed a critical defect for support of flagship Apple devices for the ENTIRETY of your latest expansion set, going all the way back to APRIL!! And you’re already selling your NEXT expansion set without fixing this lack of device support!

Blizzard do you even have a decency to answer our questions here on your own support forums?

What’s going on? What’s wrong with you guys? When are you going to fix this iPad screen resolution issue? Is Blizzard’s customer service really that bad, non-existence?

I have stopped playing and deleted now since Blizzard proved they have both no interest in Ipad pro players and less than zero customer support (Yep, I made that a thing). Its pointless, as we are a minority they just simply do not care. So long as the expansions flow and they make money, they are quite happy to leave 8 month old issues alone and not support new tech.
Emails and complaints to Apple also fell on deaf ears, they support the device almost as little as Blizzard, this is my last post on this topic, I noticed a new patch and thought… ok, one last try, is this it… of course not.

And no, one post every few months (if that) just saying ‘we are working on it’ is not sufficient. You can release multiple expansions in the time frame to fix one bug, but you cant care enough about your players to fix your own game and give us a decent playing experience. It was the last game I had that was not updated, I have rectified this problem myself, it is no longer on my device and never will be again. Blizzard are not the company they used to be, only in it for the money now and this is shown across all games and platforms, and from someone who started back at Diablo 1 and Warcraft rts, that makes me very sad to say.

I didn’t stop playing. At least not yet. But I stopped paying. :slight_smile: Even 1man developers have better customer support than this.

Following up on this thread as for why it was closed. This thread was for an old issue on 14.2.0.xxxxx. We’re on a whole new branch of builds, and this shouldn’t have been bumped. If you’re still having problems like this, please post your own thread, but this issue should be fixed.
