I Can't Craft "Creature of Madness"

I can’t craft the card “creature of madness”, because it says that this card can’t be crafted or sharded, but I only have one copy.
What can I do?

Since this line has not been edited yet I assume they are still distributing the missing cards

32.2 Known Issues

[Hearthstone] Fixed a bug where players who got Creature of Madness from opening an Into the Emerald Dream Pack (meaning, after the initial claim period) only got one copy instead of two. After this fix is live, we will do a separate grant to affected players so that they get their second copy.
