Hs:ngresult db error:303:0

I’m quite sure they’ve been soft baning our accounts (players that have been inactive for long time), for some reason I don’t know.

It’s QUITE strange everyone of us reporting this bug are returning players …

Same When you log into the hearthstone game, a message about playful demons appears on the screen and the error “HS:NGRESULT DB ERROR:303:0” appears in the upper right corner. Help

Lol… This is absolutely ridiculous… its been hours and still no fix or update. I will be submitting refund requests for all purchases momentarily.

Here’s my log file if it helps. For other users, you can find it at C:\Program Files (x86)\Hearthstone\Logs on windows. It might have some information in it you don’t want to share, like your computer username, so look over it before posting here.
These logs are from the beta version of HS (hoping it’d have a fix), but they’re the same messages.

I am also having the same issue. It baffles me that a company so hell bent on separating money from their users wallet wouldn’t be on this like Stink on Sh**.

Asia. Playing on PC. Same here. Haven’t been playing for 3 months. Tried delete Appdata but it didn’t work. Tried login Europe server but it didn’t work.
I really want a dual in battleground with my little brother before his vacation ended.

Unable to stay connected or even log in! However, I checked everything on my wifi, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the app

If you don’t use your account, it works perfectly ! It’s not really a fix but can keep game addiction under control :slight_smile:

I have the same issue on Iphone. But i could start HS on new Ipad, where i never loged in before. As soon as i tryed to login on my acccount, i got the same error on ipad.

So its a problem with our accountdatabase. U cant do anything to solve this

I have the same problem I am a former player since the time of Mont rochenoir. It must have been 4/5 months since I connected to the game and I have the same error as everyone here “HS:NGRESULT DB ERROR:303:0” whether on my pc or my phone. I am normally on the Europe server, it is this server that does not work. I can connect to the Asia and America servers but I don’t have my cards and my progress on these servers.

Yes, for the Devs. It seem to only afflict returning players (I have been inactive 3-6m). So could be our profile and card books are archived for maint purposes. This would also explain why some people can access other regions (maybe they have different archive rules or just more active on those regions)

Same issue here. Trying to log in on IPad to the EU Servers. The help instructions are irrelevant to Phone or tablet users…
