How is 2 archetypes health for HS

Apparently you’re just sealioning because my actual point was that of generational contempt, as linked here:

https://arapahoelibraries.org/blogs/post/generational-blame-a-brief-history/

My apologies. On the contrary, I think I read quite well.
My neighbors are young, intelligent, and anything but lazy.

Again, you’re not taking my point. I’m speaking about a specific cohort of people who are no longer really all that young. They’re in their 40s many of them.

Apparently you are just a Millennial who resents getting called out.

I don’t necessarily think Millennials are lazy either.
My nephew, who once worked for yours truly, is one of them, and he now works for Burlington Northern.

And I am specifically calling you out as perpetuating generational blame:

There are exceptions to every rule, so I’m sure we can all find examples that buck the trend.

But on balance there’s a stark contrast between Millennials and all the other groups.

How do you feel about the Silent generation?

If I was fitting your paradigm, I wouldn’t be complimenting the generations after the millennials.

You’re wrong.

I have a specific complaint about one specific group.

They had their faults, but work ethic was not one of them.

Yes, forged in the barrens was one of two times in 10 years where the best deck was a fatigue based deck. Both times it happened nerfs occurred to fix it.

I’m not actually an advocate of fatigue decks. I don’t think control decks should have that much control power. That’s why I specifically mentioned a control deck that had a whopping 4 purely removal cards as the ideal.

Not “lol I will make you hate your life and hope you concede” priest.

Odyn and Brann/Boomboss were trash designs because they make “do nothing” a winning strategy.

And that’s perfectly fine. You can have contempt for everyone born within a certain age range if you want to.

What am I gonna do? Argue you into self reflection? Be how you want to be, you’re just not someone I want to converse with, is all. For better or worse.

I’ve not dealt in absolutes here, despite what you want to believe.

Cool story, bro?

Because of your weasel word of “nearly all” and how you’re limiting the scope to JUST your employees?

Just come off it man. Or don’t, I’m not your mother.

oh look, a hidden profile. I wonder why THAT is. Man, I’ll admit, you got me here. I wasted what, two hours?

Well played, I guess.

How is that any different from OTK and Aggro turn 6-7 win decks?

Oh, it’s much bigger than that.

It’s an open secret in the professional world among hiring managers.

We don’t want anything to do with them. More trouble than they’re worth.

Most of the time their resume is pure bullchips with buzzwords and overstated experience. It’s laughable, honestly.

I’m shocked more of them aren’t unemployed.

OTK also shouldn’t exist at anything close to those speeds, and they do get nerfed whenever they are happening that fast and popular.

Aggro would be something the meta could handle with control decks if the devs weren’t so fixated on making sure they can’t possibly survive to play late game minions, so they just become OTK decks too.

the whole game is a mess now. they have printed too many cards for classes that break class rules imo.
Now Druids can literally do everything where I play. Even in Wild that should not be possible.
It exists because of really poor planning and no foresight by team 5.

It was an inevitability in wild. It happens in basically every card game with an eternal format. Stuff eventually breaks, and it doesn’t break evenly.

Makes me mad. If they had any foresight at all, they would have known that class rules existed for a reason.
A druid should be about trees and buffing and protecting those trees. Even Mill Druid was more in line with lore. It should never be about spell damage or uber armor. But thx to people who only care about pack sales…

They were not even SLIGHTLY trying to make sure wild stayed balanced in any real way. It’s a goal for fooling around in. It is not considered a serious mode by anyone. It exists exclusively so your collection doesn’t disappear over time.

Class “rules” are meant to be broken to keep the game from getting stale. When they are broken repeatedly over 10 years and you put all of it in one format, obviously something will end up more broken than everything else. That’s not class favoritism or anything, it’s just the expected outcome.
