Here are some suggestions I have for HS: (this is not a Blizzard praising thread)
-class theme packs, could contain six cards and four will be from the selected class, with the triplicate protection rule, would be around 150 Gold or 1.79$. This way players who like a class can really dedicate their time into it.
-expanded pack, containing eight cards and at least two rare cards, cost 175 Gold or $1.99 with Epic in every 5 packs and Legendary in every 20 packs. If players want specific valuable cards they can buy this instead of bulk.
-a set named “Hall of Celebration” (aka HoC) to return certain important wild cards back to standard if the mechanics and strategies are needed again, it will work the same as HoF.
-Buff most basic set and classic set. New players are vomiting about how weak they are, and some cards like Silverback Patriarch should be significantly stronger (to a 2/5).

I get it. But it would still take time. Bet better ways of buying packs should exist first.
I have a suggestion, how about adding another Hero, let’s make it 11 Heroes! 
Yeah, Murloc Hunter, Dragon Hunter and Blood Mage, Soul Warlock! And increase cards in a pack to TEN to make it fair 
I think that isn’t a bad idea. I wish they had a way to buy a specific card legend for like 10-15$.
Something else I really wish they could allow; and – I get this is Battleground-ish. I wish that if you were partied with a friend you could go to the main menu, do whatever (View collection, start a casual match, or buy cards). It would also be cool if you could spectate in a picture in picture mode of your bud still playing. I am entertained watching mate stay in while I wait for the next round it’s great.
