Same issue. Ipad Pro 10 inch running iOS 13.1.2 . Happens since december 19th patch. Crashing several times a day, when trying to rejoin game in progress I get in a crash loop.

I’m also having trouble on iPad, since the nerf to shaman. iPhone was working fine but has started crashing too, albeit less frequently than iPad. Have tried reinstalling etc with no success.

Same here on ipad 2018.
Game crashes when selecting card from dock ingame or in sp mode when selecting new cards for deck after win against boss.
Neither Reinstall nor restart does not fix the issue.

I am having the same problem on my iPad Pro (gen 3 iPad Pro - 12.9 inch - version 13.1.3)
The game just crashes and won’t reconnect.
I have been playing ranked and Battlegrounds and it is happening in both game modes.
I have only managed to play a few games in a row before it crashes.
The game is great and the iPad is a wonderful form factor to play Hearthstone on.
I would love to see this problem resolved.

It baffles me that a game at this price-range (I payed around 80e for cards the last month alone) has this manny severe bugs and crashes that go unattended for months sometimes. Same issue here game shuts down full crash mid game. On ipadpro, uninstalled reinstalled etc. no problem on andoid though. Plz fix ur game guys. We pay hefty amounts for this to work.
Agreed. I spent like a 1000e on this game. U would think blizz would at least be clearing this type of severe problems ASP.

ALWAYS crashes on ipad pro IOS 13.3 impossible to climb the ladder… It’s chrismas time but you guys i hope a little team work to solve this problem.
Same on iPad Air 3. Constant crashes, especially when trying to reconnect and resume HS crashes again. Most crashes happen on match making in standard mode or when swiping to play a card in Battlwground. I lost many games because only a reboot of the iPad helps to get a connection but it takes too long to successfully resume

I am running into this as well with a 9.7 Ipad pro. Very frustrating and annoying given how much I have spent on the game. Blizzard needs to fix this and compensate for the lost arena matches.
Totally unplayable at the moment (iPad Pro). Maybe because of iOS update? Start of crashing and the update were around the same time, for me. Any solutions yet?
I have a brand new iPad that I partially got because I wanted to play hs on it and the crashes are REALLY a problem. I have to keep my phone on standbys if I want to play on my iPad because I crash every other game… and it does NOT recover. Please blizzard!
Exact same issue. I have tried on an Ipad Air and Ipad Pro, both crash 90% of ranked games, and then will not relaunch the app until the game is over and i have lost. It’s 2019, get your crap together blizzard and make this work. No wonder this is a dying game and company.
