Hearthstone consuming alot of cpu and dc arena

So i havent had this bug in a very long time but today where at one point hs consumed 90 percent of cpu - it is workign normal now.

Also i was on 3 wins and i was probably going to win my arena game but my game started to freeze and i had to close the game my opponent probably thought i was roped and conceded im not sure if it was related to my first issue just wanted to report it.

My pc is now back to normal i was just really curious why this happens sometimes very rearely does this happen but i wil look more into this im not rly that good with techie stuff lol but i actualy want to learn more.
