I logged in maybe twice in December to try Battlegrounds, guess this excludes me from the decks. Was looking forward to trying the Mage set out, but after logging in and not seeing anything added

And how exactly should i get those free decks? After i copy them to my collection, nothing happens, just missing some cards

What does the “new player” mean? My friend just started playing yesterday (march 25th) and i would consider him as a new player, still he didn’t get anything.

I do understand that they are trying to make old players log back in the game and make them regular players and all of that…
The thing is, what about us? What about the loyal players? this should just be, everyone gets a free deck no matter what…I really hope blizzard sees this mistake they made because this is actually playing with the fanbase, and with the people that actually spend money and keep the game going.
Blizzard pls fix this, just give the usual players this aswell…

I got the quest for welcome, taking down 3 challengers, so i guess i made the 4 month period… My question is, when and how will i choose the deck? Tnx
So players, who did not play HS are more likely to be rewarded than players who play HS actively? I mean… c´mon Blizz, that´s just not fair.
All or none.
Most of us have been playing HS for a long time and actively and still don’t have legendary cards like Zephyrs and Alextraza,
and it just can’t be okay that players who haven’t played for a long time will get it for free.

I signed on to do the free wing a while ago which would exclude me from the free promotion. However in terms of not playing, i would be in the criteria. Now i just feel double behind. Please rethink the criteria on this blizzard!
I do feel that veteran players should get something - we keep the game running.
God knows how much I’ve spent on this game. Knowing you can get rewarded for not playing makes me not want to invest in this game the same way.

People complaining! faithful players a child’s play, they want to win free cards in I understand, I also want more will not be the case, and I’m calling buy or stay four months without playing easy and time consuming;)
my other main account got free deck through PC but not mobile.
but new acc does not get any. Probably it needs at least rank 25 to get it.
it is kinda hard to grind to rank25 with this F2P deck.
