Anomaly Mode (New Game Mode Idea)

Do you remember Anomaly Mode from the Dalaran Heist and the Tombs of Terror? How awesome would it be if we could have such crazy games with each other? Since I would love playing with these crazy rules and alterations I have thought of how that could be implemented into the game. A big problem with such great ideas is of course always monetization.
