Disconnect from game and reconnecting

I got disconnected from the match and my game stuck at reconnecting, I even tried to switch to my friend’s iPhone but still stuck there. Image link Imgur qP8csLI

Zero, with this happening on two separate devices, this may be an account issue where it is getting stuck. This may not help with account level “reconnecting” issues, but here’s few suggestions on the forum post here:

Thanks for the reports everyone! With this being a potential account issue, this may need to be handled through individual cases. There’s some steps that may help with the “Reconnecting issue.” Exit Hearthstone and the Blizzard Application. Login and wait for 1 minute until the screen states “Attempting to reconnect.” It should then say “Could not reconnect.” From there, start a Solo or Practice match and then concede.
