Yea I frequently drop Zamiri on 6 just to get a free Aman’Thul out on 7 and stabilize the board, if the situation calls for it. You are totally right it’s not just a finisher.
If you’re carrying a few Creation Protocols and PC: Sync than you can play the second half of the game on the back of Aman’Thul if needed. My deck carries 2 Scarab Keychains and they can also generate PC: Sync and Creation Protocol (not to mention Whelp Wranglers), so it’s not unfathomable to drop Aman’Thul up to 11 times in the second half (tho my best is 7, I’m pretty sure).

D0nkey found a counter to DH
So have I, among many others: Quartzite Crusher, for example.
When was DH unbeatable, unstoppable or uncounterable in the first place?
PS Skimmed through the rest of the topic, sorry if I missed something substantial — mostly looked like the… usual forum stuff , for which even this amount of attention was excessive.
That’s too slow to counter him, but it helps, defo
I still think the matchup is slightly favored for DH though
You can play older style rainbow mage and pressure him with tempo while freezing his face to slow the weapon by a turn or two.
Basically pre barrens rainbow mage with some small changes due to have New cards.
The ones with stargazing just not create enough board to deal with this meta.
He can get out of this by playing another weapon but the odds are really low for that happening.
To me, it looks more like an optional ‘tech’ card (and it’s also discoverable) shuts down an entire class or at least its particular archetype.
Shopper DH needs some buffs.
Ah yeah, whelp wrangler is a staple in a lot of my homebrews. Also very good in handbuff decks like paladin, death knight and menagerie taunt warrior (that last one served me well when sludgelock was exploding).
Since Scale Replica thins minions from your deck so fast, Aman’Thul appears on the regular in Creation Protocol. It really annoys the hell out of DHs.
I’ll trade you lessons on Warlock, every time I try it I seem to mess up I’m over 11000 wins on Priest so it’s second nature at this point.

Maybe if you did nothing but complain about Paladin for the last 6 months, you would understand how the rest of the game works.
