Crafting two identical cards into deck leads to glitching

Dear Bug Report Forum,

on the advice of Blizzard Customer Service, I am re-posting my ticket to this forum:

Dear Blizzard Customer Service,

a few days ago, I created the decks “Galakrond Zoo Warlock” and “Treant Druid” and crafted new cards using dust. See screenshots:

When trying to play with these decks the error occurs: “The selected deck is not valid for this game mode”. Today, I discovered a similar case in the forums:

In the 15th post user “Emzy” points out that their deck had duplicates listed separately. These were glitched cards and replacing/crafting the second one solved the problem.

I noticed a lot of those ‘doubled’ cards in my decks, e.g. a “Flame Imp” in the “Galakrond Zoo Warlock” deck. To test, I removed the two “Flame Imp” cards, but only one ended up in my card collection. I crafted a second Flame Imp and added the two back into the deck. Now they correctly appear as a stack of 2 (see screenshot).

I realized that all the ‘doubled’ cards were those, which I newly crafted also paying the double amount of dust. I believe that there was some bug when crafting new cards directly into the deck, so that the cards end up separately and the game cannot recognize it properly.

Based on these findings, I have a major and a minor request:

  1. How can I convert all the other (14 in total) separate ‘doubled’ cards into proper stacks of two (without using additional dust)?

  2. How can I get back the 120 dust for the “Flame Imp”, that I had to re-craft?

I hope that my explanations were clear enough.

Many thanks for your support and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
