I accidently abandon the quest what shall I do? Is there any chance for me the get the quest again or not? Cause this is not fair. I tried multiple times to finish first quest of the chain quest. If blizzard is reading here please help me!!!
the only thing you can do is to contact customer support, although since you deleted the quest even after seeing a warning window there is likely nothing they can do either.
Anyone else still having this issue in 2021?
I do and I have no idea if it’s related to a bug making the Solo Adventure button blue, or there are two separate bugs.
Oh , and those 2 are not even the only visual bugs I have…
I still have a bug where it shows the first chapter “A world in ruin” as incomplete even though i’ve completed it multiple times.
Not sure either if this is the same one.
I have same issue. I can not complete “A world in ruin”.
I did encounter the same issue after completing the adventure this weekend.
I only get 4/5 wings complete according to the adventure main page.

I finished Trial of Felfire and Challenges but they were nott counted correctly. I cannot gather the reward either.
story mode show 1 mark on chapter 1 but no marks on challenge mode.
In Achievements, it shows I completed prologue and trial by felfire but challenge record is 1/9.
Here we are in 2021, and this issue is still not resolved. It’s extremely frustrating.
Yep, can confirm this is still a problem on PC. I just finished the entire Ashes of Outland story and everything else is completed except I. A World In Ruin.
I am also having this issue.
Same problem on iPad. February 2021. First chapter has all bosses checked but the chapter section screen is showing 4/5 and that I didn’t complete the first chapter. Unable to get rewards.

guys, the thread you are posting in is on a completely different issue than the one you are reporting.
this thread reported the issue where the on-launch quest for chapter 1 couldnt be completed if you had already completed chapter 1 before you got the quest. you are reporting an issue where the achievements arent correctly updated.
