the original issue (that was 1 year ago) that this thread covered isnt even remotely similar to what players have reported since the acheivements was introduced. they just insist on bumping a year old thread instead of commenting on a thread about the actual issue

By the situation of player, I don’t know that my issue that I reported, is diffirence of not with this thread. But I only know that my issue it’s a bug. Because I can not complete chapter 1 and give my reward, Although I completed all quests in chapter 1.
I can give you proof if you need
If I’m a Staff of blizzard, I have to fix it as soon as (I’m also a developer), because it’s a bug that is hard to accept
what issue you 99% likely are reporting is that in your achievements it doesnt show as completed so you havent received you achievement points, am i correct?
this thread was originally created because of an issue with a quest that was given out at the release of trial by felfire and rewarded packs for playing the solo content, and was only available for a limited time. that issue was patched and fixed a long time ago and is in no way related to the achievements.

What do you mean about “achievement points” ? “my reward” in my report is a card back that is only can be recieved when compelete chapter 1 of trial by felfire (story mode).
Any way, if a problem is not completely fixed, they should fix it again
this thread isn’t about the card back either

Sorry you, by your suggestion, I re-checked my problem carefully. My issue is exactly should be “chapter 1 of trial by felfire (story mode) doesn’t show as completed although I completed all sub-quests of it. And I do not have any problem about reward or acheivements”. By any way, It’s still a bug, and I will make another thread for it.

Hello. I just post because I have the same issue on PC in Germany. I got the card back but the card pack.
It says chapter one is not completed but in chapter one, every level is checked.

10 months after the bug report and still not fixed? Do I need to report this issue in another location for it to be fixed for me?
I should be fixed with the update on 3/25
