[free deck error] We have tempowarily disabled free deck rewards to resolve a bug. Eligible players will recieve there deck when the bug has been fixed and the feature is reactivated

Presumably this feature had to be turned off because of the UI bug that was causing it to always select the Warrior deck, regardless of what you clicked on.

A developer posted this thread in the Technical Support forum yesterday. -

Same here , no free deck only the msg. ;/

Same here, returning player, let’s me choose a class for the free deck and then gives me an error and “please relog and try again”.

Edit: Playing on PC, EU region.

Same here. I am in EU region and whatever deck i select it tells me that i should log out and back in.

important information you need to include when reporting this bug:
-what region you are playing on and experiencing the issue
-what platform you are using

if you are playing on eu with your phone make sure you have downloaded latest patch before reporting the bug

I am on EU region and playing on PC.

Patch 17.2.2 fixed the UI bug for PC users when selecting a free deck.

But the EU REGION HAS NOT REACTIVATED REDEEMING OF FREE DECKS.

But why don’t they reactivate it?.. And why only for EU?
